Killing the Beach….
June 20, 2008
It’s time to finish up all those beachy photos from this Spring. First, my new all-time favorite. The water was numbing:

This was just a goof, but they were good sports for climbing out there. The concrete wall is about 8 inches wide, 100 feet long, and 20 feet high. With broken beer bottles in the landing zone… I chickened out myself.

I don’t shoot much color 4x5 so it doesn’t get processed until I get enough sheets together — this one is from back in April, at a Lake Ontario beach where there was still snow around:
Erica, at the end of Rt. 590, Rochester, NY (larger)
A post-beach shot of my buddies, taking a break from their desperate search for a bar in bumfuck. We had to go all the way back to Buffalo to find one that met their high standards.
Cris and Lacy, Angola, NY (larger)
That’s it for a few days — I will be out of internet range until Wednesday, June 25.
