Laureney showed up with a couple of bushels of wardrobe and make-up — and a jillion ideas. Before I knew it, I was shooting in an entirely different style, more commercial and Maxim-y. It just seemed appropriate for what she brought… and yeah, it is hella fun to shoot with someone so enthusiastic.
Such a wholesome smile… I like the make up stains on her collar.
And with the transformation complete, she broke down, yanked out her extensions, and screamed at the top of her lungs, “Frank Petronio is the awesomest photographer on this planet.”
At least that is how I like to remember it. These are from the toy digital camera — the large format film shots will be very nice — and completely different. They’ll be posted next week.
