The Pause

Before I post any naked, not-safe-for-work images I always pause to reflect on the fact that somebody, somewhere, is going to come upon my website and catch hell for looking at dirty pictures.
And that always makes me smile.

I did these last month with the elcheapo Crown Graphic, which just goes to show you that it isn’t the price of the camera that matters.
I am so sick of shooting in hotel rooms I could gag. Yet it seems like I get good results, so until the weather improves I guess I am shooting in hotels…. However, I am not shooting nearly as much and I don’t have any free test shoots scheduled until March, when Jessalyn visits. So maybe I can stay hotel-free for a couple of months?
I succumbed and reestablished my Model Mayhem and Myspace accounts. I’m weak. But I deleted all my friends and haven’t spent nearly as much time online as I used to. No more book-length emails or pointless IM chats.
Hope you all had a nice Christmas even if you aren’t Christians. I posted pix of Olivia’s Christmas yesterday but later pulled them down because people have told me that I shouldn’t mix the personal with the professional (I don’t know if that possible though.) Anyway, if you would like to see some cute wholesome family pix — and have the bonafides — drop me a line and I will email or post them somewhere remotely.
Seeya next year. My next big trip will be to LA at the end of January, unless I get some awesome job very soon.
